Lana Gonoratsky

Lana Gonoratsky is a sustainability professional with more than 15 years of experience working across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She brings expertise in environmental stewardship, strategic planning, and collaborative decision-making to her role as an Alternate Commissioner of the Skagit Environmental Endowment Commission.

Lana has led an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) program for a multinational energy technology corporation and has advised executive leadership and boards on environmental risk management, long-term planning, and regulatory alignment. Her professional background includes sustainability reporting, strategic development of environmental and climate initiatives, and cross-sector stakeholder engagement.

She has served in governance roles, including as Vice Chair of the BC Sustainable Energy Association, where she supported organizational governance, education programs, and public engagement initiatives. Lana holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Master of Business Administration in Sustainable Business.
