A future research priority should be the initiation of a detailed heritage resource inventory and impact assessment along the the entire extant Ross Lake reservoir shoreline and drawdown zone in British Columbia. Such a study would undoubtedly contribute valuable information needed to help advance our presently poor understanding of prehistoric subsistence and settlement patterns in the Canadian Upper Skagit Ualley.
