Wilderness Committee protected areas campaigner Joe Foy and his friend Ecojustice executive director Devon Page, backpack into the wild and wonderful 26 Mile Valley – located in a mysterious region of forests and mountains surrounded by Manning and Skagit provincial parks, in an endangered wilderness area nicknamed the Donut Hole.
