Our Mission

is to support the preservation and protection of the natural environment, cultural resources, and compatible recreational opportunities within the Upper Skagit Watershed through reciprocal relationships with First Nations and Tribes, the fostering of international cooperation, building strategic partnerships, and project funding.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for funding from the Skagit Environmental Endowment Commission, your organization must:

work within the geographical boundary of the Upper Skagit Watershed.

address at least one of our strategic priorities

honor the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).

contribute in a meaningful way to the goals of our current Strategic Plan.
